Domino's Pizza

I love the convenience of ordering online and having my pizza delivered any time of day. I can order before I get off work, set the time for delivery and presto have supper ready for a busy night ahead. Thank you!! The food is always hot and delicious.

Pizza is almost always good but the last few times I have ordered hot wings they brought me wings but they were not hot wings. They didn't have any sauce on them. I have been very disappointed lately. I ordered tonight so hopefully they can make me a happy customer again.

Pizza was cook exactly as we ordered it (Pacific veggie with chicken- banana and red peppers on half), delivery was very prompt and the driver was very friendly. Fast service and delicious food.

We ordered on line, which I love taking my time ordered. Husband drove 12 minutes to pick order up, which was ready on time, and food was still warm when we sat down to eat. Now that’s a perfect meal!

Always do take out for a fast lunch at the office. Never had any issues and the food is good.

I ordered Marinara sauce, but, I got a cheesey type, not sure what is was. I didn't call and complain, because I live 11 miles away, and a twenty min drive, not really worth it.

Ordered online on my way home which is very convenient and with the rewards you build up points when your order is over $10. Dominos also has very good coupons which always have good deals. My wife and I had the chicken Parmesan sandwich and my daughter had a build your own pasta, all very tasty.

Great food, always ready fast. However, the order online features are usually down, which is terribly inconvenient when you're trying to redeem reward points for a free pizza. When we asked the manager about it, he told us he didn't really know anything about it and that it was a corporate thing. Well, in any food service industry I've worked for, customer service and satisfaction are top priority. And if you're not sure how to fix the technical issue, make sure you're not losing business by trying to accommodate the customers request, not trying to 1 up them.
